Reception admissions
West Grove is a two-form entry school with 60 places in our reception classes each year. If your child was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020, you will be applying for them to start a primary school in September 2024. We are a community school and therefore all admissions are managed by Enfield Borough Council.
The deadline to apply for a reception class is 15th January 2024.

Nursery admissions
Our fabulous nursery offers full time and part time places with flexible options and extended hours available. If your child was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021, you will be applying for them to start a nursery class in September 2024. In-year admissions can be made for children to start the term after they turn three. The application period starts from 1 October 2023. Applications are made online through Enfield Admissions.
The closing date for applications is 15 February 2024.

In-year admissions
An in-year admission is when you need to make an application to a school outside of the normal admissions round, at a time when your child should already be attending school. You would normally be making an in-year application if you recently moved, arrived from another country, or want to transfer your child to another school.
